Ordering, Shipping and Exchange Policy

 

ORDERING - We will accept online orders for clothing from within the United States and APO/FPO addresses only.  For customers outside the U.S., please email us at orders@betterbaseballacademy.com to discuss and arrange for placing an order for clothing.

 

SHIPPING TIME - Most orders, for DVDs and clothing, will arrive to the customer within 4 to 6 business days after the date of order.   We ship all packages through the US postal service.  Tracking information and delivery confirmation will be available for all orders.  If you do not receive your order within 7 business days after date of order, please call or email us.

 

EXCHANGES - For apparel, we have an "exchange only" policy with no cash refunds.  We carefully inspect each article of clothing before it is shipped out, but in the event we miss a defect, please call or email us.  If you wish to exchange a garment for any other available size or color of a garment of the same price, exchanges must be made within 30 calendar days from the day you receive your original order.  Clothing must be unworn.  Customers are required to pay for shipping costs for returns.

Please also provide clearly stated reasoning for the exchange, exchange request, and your contact information.  Please allow 5 business days after we receive your exchange to process the exchange. 

 

For DVDs, we only offer exchanges in the event a DVD is damaged upon receipt.  Please call or email us to arrange for the exchange of a damaged or defective DVD, free of shipping costs.
