Dream Big

Rick Mathews has spent more than 30 years coaching players from high school all the way up to the World Series.  In this video, he talks about the importance of “Dreaming Big” and working to achieve your goals.  He talks about his childhood dream of reaching the major leagues, and how he was able to achieve his dream.  Rick also talks about various other subjects that will help players, coaches and parents, such as the recruiting process, how to become better coaches, and the role parents have in a young player’s development.
